I was having a dream of my gf, her son and my... I was protecting them from something... after a while the dream lead to me just laying in bed... I knew I was asleep but I was dreaming I was staring straight up at my ceiling... suddenly a black line that looked like a belt came fall down on me. I felt extreme fear to the point it caused me to actually wake up and get out of bed for an instant and turn on my light. I looked around but nothing was there. it was all instantaneous. I haven't been able to sleep since any idea's?
