Just because you jumped up n down? No...lol...i dont think thats gonna do the trick. Run up n down stairs. My friend did that, then took a shower. while in the shower her mucus plug fell out, so she gets out, gets dressed, sits down to dinner with the family n says she feels weird, so she sits back up and BAM her water breaks...hospital time!!! True story!
