My dog is sick please help?

First of all, I live in Wendover Utah, about 3 hours in any direction from any vet. Even if I wasn't, our old car won't make it that far. So please no one freak out and tell me to take her to the vet. It started yesterday. My 9 month old female dachshund has always been clingy, but she is like extra clingy, I thought nothing of it until I noticed that her getting up took every bit of her energy. that worried me, so I checked everywhere in the house. liking to chew on everything, We make sure the only things she can get is food water and toys. Thinking she was just tired, I ignored it. Then about 10 at night, I woke up to her dry heaving, I rush her into the bathroom on the potty pad so I wouldn't have to clean it up. She puked out a thick clear liquid. Now that we were in the light, I noticed her eyes are 3x their normal size, no exaggeration. Her throat is also a bit swollen. She won't eat or drink and is crapping blood. I couldn't do anythig so I just brought her to bed with me. In the morning she is having all the same problems. But now she is listless and lethargic. She is in heat and we gave her some parvo shots, could that have something to do with it? I'm really worried, what should I do?
