Need help decorating home office/tv room?

I am currently decorating a room that we will be using as our home office/tv room. The color scheme that I would like to use are: red/orange/purple. I have a black wool rug/ just purchased a black metal futon/merlot chenille chair. I am trying to decide on the wall color. I am either going with macadamia or mega greige (both from Sherwin Williams). The carpet will be a nuetral camel color. I would like to use the red as the primary color with the orange and purple as accent colors (pillows/flowers/art). I have an off white entertainment center that I can use to keep the room from being too dark and heavy looking. What do you think? What color draperies do you recommend?
