Small red itchy scabs all over? ?

It started of with just my arms with being really itchy then it went to my stumach then my legs now my hands?!? There just scabs and no one else in my family has it so i doubt its scabies because im always around my brother and hes perfectly fine and same with my dad and ive tryed switiching beds but that didnt help either..please help im itchy so much my neck has a big red patch on it and the scabs start to bleed after so mich itching ):
