I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing?
I find myself exercising a lot. For the past few days I've been Exercising off and on all day. I would get bursts of energy and I would get on my stair stepper. I woke up a few days ago and was listening to the Gorillaz. Feeling nostalgic and energetic I got on my stair stepper for 10 minutes. Then I would lay on my bed for one song, then I would get back up and exercise for another 10 minutes at a fast pace. I did this from 9am to midnight, and then the next morning I did the same thing. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but I didn't want to eat dinner either. Right now I am so sore. And when my legs hurt too much to do the stair stepper I would do 50 crunches and rest then do another 50. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
