I messed up on my internal clock. Im fully nocturnal and I dont go to bed until 7 AM and I sleep untill 3-5 PM. I hate it. Im typing this at 5:30 and I feel awful. My heart is racing I feel sick. Everything feels surreal, and the worst part is I have school today. I havent slept at all even though I went to bed and turned off the computer at 10PM. Help me please? 10 points will be awarded to the person who can give me the most useful and effective information. Thanks guys!
