Should I give my dad my bed?

Ok my dad comes down every 4/6 months to see his grandaughter and when we moved house I offered him my daughter room, as we no longer have a spare bed.My lo sleep on the camper at the mo which is what i offered my dad so we could share the double. Anyway thats not good enough for him, he says the rooms to bright and he be better in the double. I found this quite rude. then he said but I pay you to stay.Thats his choice and he gives me �30 for 4 nights cheaper than b n b.
