Why does my cat pee on everything??? need vet help?

okay iv had this cat since july/10 and when he was a baby he used to pee my bed but it all stop and well now its back he is potty trained but it seems like when he gets mad he will pee my bed but he also digs into my arm and into a blanket but if there is a towel on the floor he will pee on that also i have a cat who is older and they play and everything but also he goes outside to potty and in his litter box but i just cant get him to stop peeing on my bed and also he isn't neutered but i don't think that has anything to do with it he isn't spraying yet i am taking him within the next month to get that done he is a sweet cat and i don't want to get rid of him but im getting sick from the pee and it has got to stop he is to old for this also spankings don't help and rubbing his nose in it doesn't..also u yell at him and he ignores me.. HELP
