Do i have grounds for a lawsuit?

on feb 04, i went to a jcpeney store to purchase some clothing. While in the mens section i decided to try on a jacket i started to put it on and realized that there was something stiff pressing against my arm i proceeded to open the pocket on the left arm of the jacket and had to stick my fingers in to pull out what was in there when an hyperdermic needle came out i called for a manager and filed a report and also called the police and filed a police report so the evidence was taken to be tested.
