Vaginal tablet while pregnant did it work ?

I went to the docs and was given the chro somthing vaginal pil for thrush i am pregnant was told it wld b find i took the tablet last nite went to bed like it said but i dnt think it wrk as this morning i had a reli thick white gew in my knickers ad down there does that mean its not worked and all just *** out ??
