Is it right to act this way in front of stuck up girls?
It sounds like you are fighting fire with fire. Everyone acts a certain way for a reason; instead of reacting to their stuck up behavior, why not try and move past that? In fact, by reacting to them the way you do, you are justifying their behavior, or, lowering yourself down to their level. Why not be better than them? For them it is an immature, attention thing. They think they are cooler if they act stuck up. But if you don't react to it, you will prove them wrong. Reacting to it and lowering yourself down to their level just gives the, exactly what they want: it gives them the pride and attention that was the reason for their attitude in the first place.
My Girlfriend and I Need Help?
Me and my girlfriend have been together for just under a year. We love each other to death and have been through alot for each other. But now that we've been dating for so long she's started to treat her friends a lot better and me a lot worse. She went to a party the other night and promised she wouldnt drink or smoke and when i went to pick her up she told me she had lied. That night she was really apologetic but the next day she made it my fault some how and didnt even apologize. She texts her friends so excitingly and me she doesnt do that anymore. She never includes me in her plans with her friends either. She admits that she puts them before me and treats me bad and says she'll change but she never does. I love this girl to death but sometimes i feel so alone. I talk to her all the time about this stuff and sometimes its a casual conversation and sometimes it turns into an argument, which we do a lot. Shes in High School and i'm in college and we both really want to stay in this relationship forever but i have my doubts and I hate to think about it. I have trust issues because she lied to me about the drinking and smoking at the party after assuring me the whole day that i have to trust her. I want to stay with her but she's just not as caring as she used to be..and no matter what we talk about she never changes for me. She just doesn't care about my feelings that well and I bend over backwards for her. When she was sick i laid in bed with her and took care of her all day. When she gets in trouble i bring her magazines and stuff to cheer her up. and when we get in arguments i always bring her flowers and a love note apologizing but she would never do these things for me. She appreciates them and everything but she just isnt like that. The way she gets with me when we argue hurts too, she can be so incredibly nasty and just cut me really deep. Honestly i just dont know what to do. I love her so so much and i would go through anything and everything for her...I just wish it were easier.

Your best bet is to leave for good. Your son is learning how to treat a woman and he's learning to be abusive. No mother wants that for their kid. He's not happy, he's a kid. He doesn't know what happiness is. It may be jarring for him but in the long run it will be better for him. Just like when you have to give him medicine he doesn't like. Mommy knows best and you shouldn't second guess yourself.

Why does my ex want to hang out if there is "no more feelings left"?
So I said I am done with my ex. I stopped contact with him when I saw him I ignored him and just acted like he didn't exists. I erased him off facebook and everything. He went got a new girlfriend and she cheated on him. Its been months and he is slowly getting over her but then he starts talking to me again out of no where. He sends me a request on face book and starts talking to me starts giving me all these signs that he likes me again, then tonight I was sad and he starts texting me and said well I know one thing that would make you happy, and I said whats that and he said if you come to my bed. He's done this before. He will dump me and then come back for the sex. I said no if you want this then I want a real relationship no more of this bullshit of friends with benifits. And he goes oh I was just kidding you blah blah blah and I said no your not and then he proceeds to say well I don't have those feelings for you anymore my heart is with my last girlfriend. And so I we got off on talking about the past and why we broke up and I said I feel like we never got a true chance because it was always about sex. We never had a true conversation. Then he said well you lied to me and I said yes but when I was away as a nanny I had alone time to reflect on my life and why I was where I was and I decided I needed a change and I realized my lying made me lose you, but I am so sick of everyone not giving me another chance and thinking I'm the same mean person. And he said well you just put that off with your bitchy looks, but I'm going to bed maybe we can go for a ride one of these nights. Why the hell does he want to go for a ride? If he has "no more feelings for me" why did he start back up being friends and why does he want to hang out now all of a sudden? He is sick and twisted and I shouldn't waste my time on him but I want to know what he is thinking.
Why are you not supposed to put chenille in the dryer?
Can you machine dry a chenille sweater? My mom says not to put chenille in the dryer, but I wouldn't know why not. It is polyester/nylon, and I have pants that are a nylon/polyester blend that I do put in the dryer. I haven't bougth the sweater yet so I don't know the instructions other than machine wash (it is on kohls.com). I hesitate to buy it if I cannot because I'm afraid it will be a bit too big as is so I want to shrink it down a little. Will the dryer shrink it a bit or would it ruin it? I really like the look of the sweater becasue it looks soft and warm.

Why don't you get or make a gift that concentrates on your relationship rather than his individual interests -- like a photo collage or framed photo of you both. At craft stores you can find key rings with locket type photo holders attached -- that would be nice too. And the schnapps idea you had was a very good one!

22f pretty healthy. No underlying medical conditions. last night before bed I was having heart palpitations and mayb ed a day before that I had some as well. This morning my breast bone hurts and has a weird pressure thing going on. I have alot going on in my life and theres been alot of life changes, could it be anxiety? Microfiber or Chenille Sofa?
Which is more durable and a better choice for families with children? I prefer the appearence and texture of microfiber, but I want to make a wise choice for our family. Our seude couch was NOT stain resistant, nor did it clean well on the few times it did stain, and I don't want to make the same mistake twice. Answers from people who have had both would be awesome.
How to make a blanket with this fabric?
get another piece of fabric and sew the two pieces together . the chenille on the top and other fabric could be anything from blanket material to a light weight cotton . pin the pieces together with the right sides together . sew the four sides together leaving about 12 inches open at the center of one edge for turning the blanket right side out . use a ruler to push out the corners from the inside then pin all around the edges and sew the edges about 1/4 " inside -including the opening - just fold under that part as you are pinning . you will probably need to tac the 2 pieces together at the center and other areas to keep the pieces held together . i hope i was able to help . you will have fun learning to sew .

maybe you can just hang on until V-day, see if he gets you anything nice? thing is with a lot of young guys, they are just after 1 thing and you don't want to do that as it will upset you. Why does my ipod freeze my computer?
my ipod classic 6th gen used to work fine, but now when i plug it in to my win xp computer, about half the programs wont neccessarily freeze, but its as if they're put on hold. like if i click a button on them or try to interact with them, nothing will happen untill i unplug the ipod, then all the buttons i clicked on all go at once. iv never used itunes with it. i use winamp. it has always worked perfectly fine. it was last working about a week ago. my ipod nano 3rd gen still works fine. iv tried a different cable, port, and even a different computer. i tried it on my ubuntu laptop using rhythmbox, and it works fine. iv rebooted my computer many times, but i dont like to reboot it too muchj because i have servers running, and my users get pissed whenever i have to reboot. its not a winamp-itunes problem, because even right after i reboot, before i launch winamp, it will still freeze it. the programs i have noticed that get frozen are winamp, the safely remove hardware utility, and computer management(right click on my computer and click manage). the safely remove hardware thing will freeze if i try to eject my ipod, and when i unplug it, it pops up a message saying something is using it. the pc manage thing wont even start up untill i unplug my ipod. i did drop it a few days ago (it fell out of my jacket pocket onto carpet, so not a terrible fall) and i know that classic 6th gens have harddrives in them, so im thinking it might be a problem with the harddrive. but then again, my laptop with ubuntu and rhythmbox loads it perfectly fine. iv tried putting it into disk mode, but it does the same thing. also, i noticed that the files on it seem to have doubled. a few weeks ago, i was compressing an old backup of my old harddrive (~80 gigs) because i only had about 10 gigs left, and i ran out of room for the compression. so i moved the 80 gig folder to the ipod and used winrar to compress it to my harddrive (whole process took like 3 days). the finished rar was about 50 gigs. i left the 80 gig folder on the ipod, since i was only using about 30 gigs of its room, so no harm there. on the ipod settings screen, it showed an orange (orange means other(ie not music, video or picture etc)) bar that took up ~half the space on the meter. the ipod is 160 gigs, so an 80 gig folder should do that. now the bar takes up almost the whole thing, and it says i have 6 gigs left. i have no idea why it does that. if i had to restore it, i could shepard the music back onto it fairly easily. i got it in late december 2010, so its not old at all. i took it to the apple store and they said it was at the latest firmware. any help would be greatly appriciated. and sory for the long post. if you read this far, thanks for atleast caring enough to finish reading this.
How do you stop chenille sweaters from "shedding"?
I have two beautiful chenille sweaters that I hate to wear because they "shed" so badly. People can literally track my movements by the fuzz these sweaters leave behind! One of the sweaters I've had for 2-3 years and it sheds as badly as it ever has. The other is brand new. I've seen this question asked a few years ago, but I'm hoping that people have better advice now. Please help!

I am not 100% sure but it was about a guy that lived out in the woods and there were a bunch of guys poaching deer. He tried to stop them but they ended up rapping his daughter and blew his home and truck up. He came back and took revenge. I remember that at the end of the movie he was driving into a small town with the bodies of all the poachers in the bed of the truck. Anyone have a suggestion on how to get big stains out of a chenille dry clean only blanket?
I have a DRY CLEAN ONLY Chenille Blanket/Throw that has a few big stains on it. This Blanket/Throw CANNOT go into the washer due to the fact it has frilly fringe on the top and bottom ends and it clearly states that it is DRY CLEAN ONLY.
What is the best way to sew chenille to a cotton or flannel piece of fabric?
I sewed a blanket for my daughter using flannel and chenille. I laid the chenille flat on the floor and placed the flannel over top. Then I pinned the two pieces together, sewed a 1/2" seam, flipped it right-side out, and top-stitched. Then I washed it, and it was perfect!! No extra flannel or chenille. I washed it a second time, and now there is a ton of extra chenille. What can I do with future blankets to avoid this? I also have tons of burp cloths this same way with absolutely no problems. Any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance!!
Can I cut my plant back?
I have a standing variety of Chenille plant and it has one main stalk and a tiny stalk sprouting off the main one. I am wondering if I can cut back the main stalk. WHO IS IN THE WRONG HERE?Me or my best friend or my mother?
My best friend moved in with me and my son a few months ago. It's not working out we agreed since space is an issue and she and her man are not making money. We agreed they need to find a new place. Well they are looking but I know it may take a month or so. in the mean time they give me money when they can and provide all the food for the house. The other day she went and got a whole bunch of food and a nice new jacket for my son (he needed a winter jacket). I told my mom about it since she thinks these ppl do nothing but leach off of me and she got mad and said I need to give the coat back . Then my friend got hurt because she was only trying to contribute and normally my mom complains she doesn't do anything for us.
The reason behind my dream?
Last night when i went to bed, I dreamt that my mother, who died giving birth to me, was pulling my broken leg and trying to drag me to hell. I was screaming and holding on to my bed and I closed my eyes and then when i opened my eyes I was awake and my broken leg was hurting really bad. It felt like it was real. What is the meaning of my dream? Why does it feel real?
Laundry Disaster - Help!!?
I just washed a load of my baby boy's chenille burp cloths and bibs (one side fabric the other side chenille). I washed them all on cold with a ton of the shout color catcher sheets. Anyways, there was one burp clothe that had red chenille - and you guessed it - it bled over EVERYTHING! (I know- dumb move on my part). Any suggestions on how to remedy the problem??

i was diagnosed with adhd, rapid cycling bipolar, add, and adhd, i was diagnosed with these disorders around 9 years of age, i was on many diffrent kinds of meds, abilify, stratterah, depicote, well butron, shratera, concerta, rispidal ridilin, and more....i was told by a few ppl i would never live a hppy life or even be succeccful unless i was stabalized on medication for the rest of my life, i am 17 years olf now and have been off my medication for 2 years now, and still hangin in there. i will never take pills again for my disorders, i never felt it was right being so young being told abunch of information i can barely comprehend at the time, and being on so many medications. my brother, sister and i all 3 years apart 3 diffrent fathers, my sisters dad was my real dad until i was nine, i was really bad when i was younger and i used to get hit with the belt anywhere he could swing it, bloody lips black eyes, etc etc, but i wasnt bad to where i deserved that, no child does. i met my real father when i was 10 and he is and always was since boy-hood, an alcoholic, drug addict, child beater and wife beater, didnt talk to him till i was twelve i tried to make it work but i couldnt, i havent seen him since. when i was 8 years old i got bit by a huge australian shephard named kane bigger then i was at the time, and i was scared but my buddies parents wanted me to get used to the dog so i went to pet him, and the dog jumped and bit my face, right on each side of my nose about 2-3in long, and a puncture wound next to my right eye. i was 8 years old bit by a dog rushed to the emergancy room, they strapped me down to a baord, that had velcro that went accrosss my head chest waist legs and feet, nothing to help with pain and awake the whole time, as i watched the surgean stitch my bloody face back together..that same year i fell off a table and hit the other corner of my right eye and had to get butterfly stitches, and that same year i jumped off my dresser and cracked my head open on my bed frame, more stitches....last year i explouded my knee cuzing nerve damage, cramps in my legs, and somtimes my knee just pops out of place. got it stitched up. i was born with spondylothesis, and it is a f4/5 slip, which is the fourth and 5th vertibreh in my lower spine, it is at a grade 2 slipage...i have EXTREME and unbarable pain in my back every single second of my life and i have 60++ more years of torture coming my way, just throbbing, sharp shooting, acking back pain, but whats wierd is now my upper back hurts too and i do not know the cause. they want to do fusion sergury but my mom got worse back problems then before the surgery..after the surgery..with two huge scars, so no thnks, i cant bend over nd touch my toes for longer then 5 seconds without my back being in so much pain i after literally force my back to straighten out when i go to stand back up, sitting walking anything i do just extreme pain everywhere. i also have a split hair fracture in my neck, i am almost deaf, i really need to get a hearing aid, pisses me off how ppl have to repeat themselves 3-4 times. i have broken alot of bones, knuckles leg arm, fingers,, toes, anckle. my grandpa passed away in 06 but it still feels like we visiting yesturday. 5 year grief bad?? i almost cry when i hear his name as well, we were really close, my step dad my mom was married to for 6 years, he was the best father figure in my life.his heart exploded from an overdose suicicide and i cry when i think about him as well, that was june31/2010, my grandma which im closer then with my grandpa that passed in 06 is really sick with enthuseema, if u look at alot of these things its rlly f'd up cuz ok the bipolar,(anger, depression, hyper, happy, ) the drug ablify raises blood pressure, already had problems with that through genetics, my back pain, neck pain, joint pain, leg pain, nerve pain, ok....griefing for 5 years of someone i just cant let go of, im almost deaf, and everything else in this leads to a few things, more anger and irritation for the most part, being as young as 17 haveing all these issues and being in so much pain, and lol but it took a while for me to get 17 years of age and my generation can very well live longer then the 80 90 year olds today that pass from old age, so i have a very very VERY LONG way ahead of me of pain everyday and everysecond of my life, if i could give my thumb for a day without this much pain i would offer my hand, idk i have been really deppressed thinking about f'd up life is, i grew up with a christian/catholic family my whole life, but i rlly dont believe in god anymore, because all that has ever happened to me is bad, lol, very very very very bad luck...if there is anything that anyone can post on here that might help with any of these problems it would be much much much appriciated, i need some help nd i need answers, im going to the hospital tommarow because my back is hurting soo bad its almost un-barable, thanks,

Do you hate people that copy your style?
So I have this friend that I've known for about 2 to 3 years. I'm not trying to diss him in anyway, I just want to point stuff out. At first he looked like a total mess. Then he asks me where I get my clothing. Just to get this straight, I spend my money wisely and save up and use MY money, not my parents, nothing except mine that I saved up and worked hard for. Some brands are the hundreds, stussy, kidrobot, supreme, undftd, american apparel, urban outfitters, etc. So then he starts buying like 1 shirt thats fake and thinks hes so awesome telling his friends he backs up the brands and what not. Then when thats not enough, he has to copy every little thing I do. Example #1: I zip my AA jacket half way down because thats just the way I do it, and then he makes fun of me in front of my friends. The next day he buys his own jacket and copies the same way I wear it. Example #2: He says he found out of those brands before I told him, such BS. Example #3: I have self edge Japanese raw denim jeans that I have take sooo good care of. So he decides when hes carrying a drink, to try and spill it on them. If I didn't know him that long, I would of knocked him out. Example #4: So hes talking sh!t about people sagging just a little, just not so they are up your ***. The next day he tries to sag. Like can this kid get his own style ideas instead of smooching off others? Example #5: I buy two shirts and shorts and then 5 minutes later he buys the same shirts and shorts. Like comon! Hes like one of those leeches sucking the ideas out of people and trying to get away with it. He also has his mommy to buy him everything, so annoying. It pisses me off that he used me and now he thinks hes on top of the world. Sorry if this seemed pretty lame, but I just don't like leechers.

Ok so my grandfather dies last year and his 1 year anniversary is coming up this month. Lately, I've ben noticing a lot of activity in my room like footsteps and the computer chair squeaking. I always think it's my cat but when I look, I don't see anything and my cat is always on my sister's bed. My grandfather was very attached to me because I was his only grandson, so the only person that can carry on his name. He was also very sick mentally, so we never really had a chance to communicate but I could have felt a strong emotional connection to him. My parents always tell me that he's watching down on me, and I know he is but I mean I wake up sometimes and I'm scared shitless. I also have dreams sometimes where I see like white flashes in my room then I wake up sweating excessively. I can also feel an energy in my room sometimes when I'm by myself. I always have been afraid of the dark as a child but not this much...Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Terrible pain, is it arthritis?
I have really bad pain right above my knees and on the side of my knees, the area doesnt have any discoloration but it is very warm. I find it very difficult to stand up, it is very painful. But i have no pain when standing upright. Sometimes a huge aching feeling comes when im sitting down or lying in bed and its very excruciating. I am currently decorating a room that we will be using as our home office/tv room. The color scheme that I would like to use are: red/orange/purple. I have bought a chenille 3 piece suite and its showing signs of wear.?
Does chenille fabric go brown when used? I think it's a fault in the fabric but someone has told me that's how chenille goes because the pile gets flattened with sitting on it. I haven't had it for very long.

I've got a male syrian hamster that's about 1 year old. Recently, i noticed that he has taken to sleeping in his box of toilet sand, rather than the designated "sleeping" box with his bedding and all, and im not too sure why. He would just take his bedding material from his sleeping box and put it in the box of toilet sand, den proceed to sleeping there. As such, i was wondering if someone could help explain what could be the cause of such behaviour, and perhaps how to create a suitable sleeping box/area for him such that he stops taking to sleeping in his toilet... My dog is sick please help?
First of all, I live in Wendover Utah, about 3 hours in any direction from any vet. Even if I wasn't, our old car won't make it that far. So please no one freak out and tell me to take her to the vet. It started yesterday. My 9 month old female dachshund has always been clingy, but she is like extra clingy, I thought nothing of it until I noticed that her getting up took every bit of her energy. that worried me, so I checked everywhere in the house. liking to chew on everything, We make sure the only things she can get is food water and toys. Thinking she was just tired, I ignored it. Then about 10 at night, I woke up to her dry heaving, I rush her into the bathroom on the potty pad so I wouldn't have to clean it up. She puked out a thick clear liquid. Now that we were in the light, I noticed her eyes are 3x their normal size, no exaggeration. Her throat is also a bit swollen. She won't eat or drink and is crapping blood. I couldn't do anythig so I just brought her to bed with me. In the morning she is having all the same problems. But now she is listless and lethargic. She is in heat and we gave her some parvo shots, could that have something to do with it? I'm really worried, what should I do?

Ravelry is a great site for ideas and patterns. I love to crochet amigurumi, which are little critters, like octopus, cats, aliens etc. Uses up scraps of wool and keeps me from snacking. You can find knitted versions of these little critters as well. On ravelry you can do a pattern search, you can sort free patterns and by difficulty. It is an american website but there are plenty of brits on it.

i used to never feel like this until the day i sadly smoked mzrijuana for the first time, was sort of weird; after i smoked i passed out for 10 seconds and got back up from a little dream, i then started to freak out because i felt weird. I of course stopped and for a few days and weeks i was feeling dizzy and confused randomly,n maybe withdrawl? Later on a few months i did an all nighter then all of a second i started to feel weird like i did when i smoked and i got all nervous and thought i was going to die, i felt like i was loosing my self, i instantly thought a panic or anexity attack even though i didnt know the symptoms, i then devolped an ocd pattern where it felt i needed to do everything in 4 or else something would go wrong later on i started washing my hands before going to bed and making sure i never touch my priavtes with dirty hands or else the germs will be on me. Few months later i was in a car ride for 30 min then i stared feeling weird and dizzy like the day i did when i did an all nighter. I always have thoughts of something might go wrong or i always think the worse, i constantly think that i will die or that im going to go crazy. At times when i look back to what i did that day it seems like a blurr or maybe im just thinking that hard? I still wash my hands and shower before bed when ive been out. Sometimes i feel as if im not even here or that im crazy and i dont even know it!

My dad gave me his living room set which I LOVE. Its an oversized chenille couch set - amazing! Anyways, he had a german shepard that he let just hang out on the sofa. I'm not as religious as she is and she's really into her faith its what is important to her, I felt that she was thinkin way to far ahead like marriage or somethin... so come christmas time she starts to distance herself, and I start to get worried and kinda feel that we're gunna break up. I came to realize that the 2 months we were dating that i was smothering her way to much, I kept wanting to be around her and I wasnt really being my own man, I was always wanting her around. Also I feel like I was throwing the "I love you" thing way to much. So I started giving her space and really calmed down with the "I love you" and she seemed happier, I seemed happier everything was good. then one day she invites herself over and we were hanging out in my room, and my roommates call me to finish dishes so I go. I forgot to close what I had open in my laptop, I come back in the room her eyes are watery and she has her hand over her mouth. She found porn and it wasnt the first time, the last time she was upset and I really stopped watching it and that day temptation got the best of me. So then she is giving the silent treatment and wont talk to me I'm apologizing and shes crying and shes a terrible person all over again and that shes just dragging me along. So we're laying there watching a movie and she gets a txt from her best friend saying she should just end it with me if she feels shes dragging me. I saw it and was devastated I left the room and came back and just layed there didnt speak a word to her or anything, I though she was going to end it there... after couple minutes though she grabbed my arm and put it back around her and turned to me and told me she loved me, i responded back an said I loved her 2. By the end of the night we seemed better she was back to calling me babe or w/e and she told me she loved me before she left before I could even tell her. Weekend came and I got a little drunk and her best friend is seeing my best friend right now and they were telling me that previous week she didnt wanna see me before she took off from school to go home.. I figured she's tired from being at school all day drama started she calls me an i'm reassuring her i'm not mad, cuz I really wasnt, what happens in the past I keep it there I dont bring the drama along. We celebrated our 3mnth on monday and we seemed good, but she brought up how i was mad when her friend told me she didnt want to see me and i reassured her that it doesnt matter cuz I care about her... then that wednesday she seemed so blunt with me called her afterwork and it was nothing but yes, no, idk answers when I said I was heading to bed she just said striaght "goodnight!" and when I said "i love you" just so bluntly "love you 2" n hung up... I figured something wasnt right. So following day txt her to have a good day at work... all day no txt, nothing from her. then I call her after class n ask if she wants to get food so I get food head to her house n everything seemed fine... then we watched the proposal and at the part where the girl breaks the deal with the guy cuz shes "dragging him along" I just see her look straight at the ground all sad and i'm like "crap here we go" her head went from resting on my chest to my lap and I told her to look at me an she wouldnt, so i got out from under her looked at her and she just started bawling and saying "she couldnt do this anymore" and we ended it after that I left devastated... I really wanna try and establish a friendship with her and probably try again, but the feelings I have for her right now dont seem to be dying down. When I look back on it I feel we really jumped in 2 quickly, and sadly that our relationship was based to much on sex (even when she told me from the start that we should behave), I didnt really respect that part of her I feel. I could really use some help here folks, think its even possible to go back to a relationship with this girl?

While any piece of upholstery can be re-upholstered, it is always more expensive than buying new. I have always had cats with claws but made sure they have plenty of scratching pads to do their thing and they have never ruined a single piece of furniture. You can also buy clear sticky pads to put on furniture pieces from any pet store to deter them if necessary but I have never had to use those. When having pieces re-upholstered the entire piece has to be done. You cannot just re-do a corner or an area. The fabric will never match. Fabrics go in and out of style and wouldn't be available. So again, what it would cost you to recover the piece will far exceed just buying new. Train your cats. It's easier and less expensive.

How to safely get rid of black widows in my home in San Diego, CA?
I am sure we have an infestation of black widows inside as well as outside because they flourish here in these hot, dusty conditions. I just found a huge one under/on a chenille blanket on my sofa...any safe non-toxic ways to seriously repel them? Now I am sure they are under beds, sofas, etc... and I don't like killing anything that is just trying to live its life, but it gives me the creeps! Thanks!
Sunbeds: to build a tan, should I increase the duration or intensity?
First of all before you all start lecturing me on the dangers of using a sunbed (of which I am aware), I should let you know that I don't normally use them. In fact I rarely sunbathe, (approximately 1-2 weeks a year and even then I don't go out in the sun without a minimum of factor 20 SPF lotion) and throughout the year I wear moisturiser with an SPF of 15 (for winter). However I am going to Thailand in a week and I am sensitive to the sun (I get a sun rash very easily), so for this reason I am taking anti-histamines and also beta carotene tablets and omega 3 oil capsules to help protect my skin. A leading dermatologist also recommended that I use a sunbed a few times a week and very slowly and gradually build a base tan so that my skin isn't "overwhelmed" when I get to Thailand. I'm not skin type 1 or anything, but my skin rarely sees the sun. I've been using a very light bed at the tanning salon. I started with 8 minutes and have built up to 12 over the course of a few weeks. My skin has been fine with this and I'm using loads of moisturiser afterwards. I think I need to increase the intensity now (a week before my holiday) because my (very) light tan is fading.. :-s Should I increase the intensity of the bed I use or the duration of my session? The salon has vertical beds but I've heard they are strong.
Will my chenille bedspread ever stop shedding?
I bought a fairly heavy-weight chenille bedspread that I just adore. I knew it would shed some, but it is really getting everywhere. EVERYWHERE. I've washed it a couple of times, and also toss it in the dryer on air fluff for an hour or so a week. This always removes a lot of lint, but it just seems never-ending. Is chenille an OK couch fabric with pets&kids?
Micro-suede is the best fabric for kids especially, but pets too. Make sure to get it stain protected before use to help with any stains that come along with kids and pets. Add a chenille throw or two, and even a couple chenille pillows combined with another texture pillows for a put together look.

A bad sweating problem!?
Ive been having a really bad sweating problem. Ive tried probably all of the deoderants. It started when i started shaving under my armpits. I cant wear hollister or aero shirts because it shows and when i do (summer) i wear a jacket so you cant see it. I even shiws on tanks and tshirts too!!! My mom just says its puberty and gets mad because i dont wear certain shirts but she doesnt understand! Its soooo hard and i cant take it!!!! Can someone please help??

I find myself exercising a lot. For the past few days I've been Exercising off and on all day. I would get bursts of energy and I would get on my stair stepper. I woke up a few days ago and was listening to the Gorillaz. Feeling nostalgic and energetic I got on my stair stepper for 10 minutes. Then I would lay on my bed for one song, then I would get back up and exercise for another 10 minutes at a fast pace. I did this from 9am to midnight, and then the next morning I did the same thing. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but I didn't want to eat dinner either. Right now I am so sore. And when my legs hurt too much to do the stair stepper I would do 50 crunches and rest then do another 50. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Been married for 25 yrs. Sex was great in the beginning. Over time it got less and less. We discovered along the last 10 yrs that my husband suffers from depression. He says it is 85% my fault because we don't have sex. In the last 6 years I have had medical problems which have hindered me from enjoying sex and medication that has dropped my sex drive to nothing. I'm not interested in sex at all partially due to the health issues and also because everytime I show him any affection at all, he insists on us going all the way instead of just accepting what I am able to give. When I tried to explain to him how he made me feel....he crawled into his "depressed shell" like he always does and tried to make me feel guilty. He told me I was responsible for all his depression because we don't have sex. I ended up just giving in and letting him do his thing, but I felt like I was being raped and felt as if I was nothing. My mind isn't in it. He also says that I make excuses because I physically can't do things in the sack yet I do them when I do other things. I said, ok well I do what I have to in order to get things done, but my physical health suffers when i do, I'm down in bed for a week sometimes when I do things I shouldn't. So does that mean I should over do it in the sack so he is satisfied and then I suffer needing pain meds? I know we have some issues, but seriously who is right here? Should I be just giving in and letting him do this? Is it truely my duty to give him my body?

Can the depo shot make your period cramps worse?
I got depo in mid December, and I just got my period about two days ago, and my cramps are crazy. Well, its a neutral, so pretty much anything would go, but I would stick to warmer tones. If you dont like the colors in your pillows- replace them. Or cover them. Neither would be that expensive. That way you'll have more color options. Do know that if you choose a darker color (like the red or orange, which I love) it will take at LEAST two coats, and will be difficult to cover when you go to repaint. But a bold color will add some much needed drama to a room full of neutrals.

My older boy is really itchy?
My 29 year-old gelding is really itchy all the time. we used to think it was seasonal, but it's now lasted for over a year. We tried different shavings and they seemed to help but it was so difficult to constantly replace his bedding when the barn does it for us. So we went back to the stuff they supply and he was fine but then suddenly the itchiness came back. He's itchy all over his body: chest, neck, butt, stomach, flanks. And it gets so bad that he rubs himself raw and even tears his skin. We've also tried anti-fungal shampoo but it didn't really seem to help. any suggestions?

I have really bad pain right above my knees and on the side of my knees, the area doesnt have any discoloration but it is very warm. I find it very difficult to stand up, it is very painful. I have a Golden Ret. who sheds and need to recover my sofa with something that's easy to remove dog hair from.
I use a Furminator on him, but he still sheds a lot. My Crate & Barrel Huntley sofa needs to be recovered anyway. Currently it has chenille but it has lots of pills on it. I have a 5 yr old rat terrier that has pee'd in my bed 3 times in 3 days after peeing outside. What's wrong?
He is house trained and he goes outside often. I'm not sure what's wrong with him. it's so out of his nature. I love him but i cant keep washing my bedding daily.

I'm buying a couch for the first time and it is available in twill, chenille, or microfiber. What fabric will stand up to the most wear and tear against a person and a dog? What accent colors would go well in a living room with a black futon?
I would like to decorate my living room. Right now the furniture that I have is a black futon, black end tables, and a dining table with chairs with blue upholstery. I also have a dark green chenille blanket throw. I would like to use blue as one of the accent colors (i.e. with throw pillows or wall decor or something like that). Does anyone have any suggestions as to what colors would go well together with the furniture I have right now?

How can i get a stain out of a leather jacket ?
I think your best bet would be to take it to a fur keeper; not sure where you live but I live in a small town and we even have a man that sells/repairs/stores fur for summer months. He also does tailoring for men's suits, etc. I know he also deals with leather, selling it, repairing it, and tailoring it. If there is someone like this in your area (basically anyone who stores fur in off-season), he should be able to give you the best suggestion on how to remove the stain and care for the jacket as well. A simple phone call would probably do the trick. Do NOT take it to a dry cleaner, unless you personally know a very reputable one...I have done this before with leather and it was ruined! Hope this helps.

Sorry for it being long but please bare with me. We have been going out for 9months now and for such a long time we knew we were right together and were so deeply in love. It is a long distance relationship but i always manage to come visit her every weekend to see how she is even with the comittments we have. In the past she has always been v insecure and shy in her personality and ive always tried to get her past her problems and she has overall become a much stronger girl becoming more socially active whilst we were together. With her getting more sociable had led to some consequences cos now alot of her new guy friends hav a likin to her and she even admitted to me once that she too had developed a liking to one of them which i was v devastated by, we worked things out after a long nights talk and she insists that theyre only friends to her. After that issue she has been more distant towards me, were not as lovey dovey anymore, she doesnt seem motivated to talk to me as before she acts more cold than her past cheery self always wanting to be with me (we used to text practically all day non-stop) and her frequently mentioning her hanging with her guy friends makes me feel so uncomfortable sometimes, like i was texting her an hr ago and she said she was sleeping on one of her guy friends arm then when she said he left i wanted to talk to her more but she said she wanted to head off to bed cos she didnt feel well. I dunno if shes avoiding me and trying to wind me up or something but this problem is killing me on the inside cos shes my 1st true gf, the perfect girl i had been searchin for but now doesnt seem as much now that shes found that there are guys better than me out there and she is a beautiful girl as for me im just average. im planning to call her when she wakes up later today just to get things straight and if worst comes to worst a split up is an option ive been thinkin for awhile now... should i be direct and say things exactly the way i feel and hopefully she will understand? im so confused right now i just dont know how to approach this anymore

Looking for a soft (fleece? chenille?) bed jacket in a nice dark color, specifically black or burgundy, although a deep purple or royal blue would do as well. I don't understand why they only come in pastel pink, baby blue, mint green, tan, ivory, white and yellow. Not all bed jackets are for senior citizens and not all seniors want light colors. What about some bed jackets in jewel tones, graphite, fuchsia and black for patients recovering from surgery or undergoing chemotherapy? Not everyone wants frumpy, ugly bed jackets AND dark colors don't show dirt as quickly as pastels. Help...?

How to hang mounted Deer Heads?
My husband has two beautiful deer heads that he wants to hang up in our new home. We have two living rooms, formal and den. Material suitable for making 18th Century panniers?
Im making an 18th century court gown, and I’m halfway through creating it. The length on either side is about 2 feet, and width about 1 foot. The panniers I’ve got at the moment are two fabric bags stuffed with loads of bubble wrap/off-cut material (made by me obviously lol), but they keep sagging downwards, so I really need the name of a material to construct the panniers with which can take the wait of heavy chenille fabric, but at the same time bee light and easy to work with
My dog is coughing more then usual...?
My Springer Spaniel, who is 12 years old, has been coughing alot within the last few days. on Friday she was coughing/ sounded like she was hacking up something in her throat, and by the time i went to bed that night she had coughed up a sliver of blood onto her paw. we couldnt take her in to her vet because they wernt seeing any of their regular patients unless it was emergency only. so my mom called and they said that they'd call us back around noon saturday, but never heard back from them. then on saturday she wasnt coughing as much but at some point later that day she coughed up a sliver pf blood again, so now we are trying to get ahold of the vet to get her in on tuesday. It still concerns me that she is doing this, and i was wondering what's going on with her. so if yall have any clue then let me know. id give more detail but this is all i know...

Whats wrong with my phone?
One night i went to bed with a full battery on my cell phone. then in the morning it was completely dead. the battery should still be good, i haven't had my phone for a year yet! please help. i have an lg cosmos. if that helps.

What color walls would go with green(not solid ) furniture?
My furniture covering is like a chenille and there are threads of red,gold,dark green in the grooves of the fabric. The rug is a light yellow/gold. I have purchased several samples of color, mostly shades of yellow and I also have red. I am hesitant to use the yellow shades as one bedroom is a light yellow and the top half of the kitchen, which is next to this room, is also yellow. The room does not get a lot of morning sun and the afternoon sun is filtered through the branches of a big ash tree. My house is quite small so I don't want to make it appear smaller. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. If you have suggestions for curtains/window coverings that would also be helpful.
How does my story sound so far?
I was up in the attic, looking for a suitcase. My family was going on a cruise to the Bahamas tomorrow for my 14th birthday and I needed something more to put my stuff in. I stumbled upon an old box, with dust and cobwebs practically suction cupped to it. Written with black magic marker on the front it said Chenille’s Baby Stuff. The box was rather large, and I was rather curious. I opened the flaps on the box and to see what was inside surprised me, pictures, toys, clothes, blankets, basically all my stuff from when I was a newborn. On top I saw a birth certificate. Mine. I looked at it for a few minutes; I saw my name, Chenille Marie Antonio. My birthday was also on there… And everything else that should. Then I noticed something that said multiple birth: twin. Wait a minute… I’m an only child as far as I’ve ever known.

Should I give my dad my bed?

Why does my cat pee on everything??? need vet help?
okay iv had this cat since july/10 and when he was a baby he used to pee my bed but it all stop and well now its back he is potty trained but it seems like when he gets mad he will pee my bed but he also digs into my arm and into a blanket but if there is a towel on the floor he will pee on that also i have a cat who is older and they play and everything but also he goes outside to potty and in his litter box but i just cant get him to stop peeing on my bed and also he isn't neutered but i don't think that has anything to do with it he isn't spraying yet i am taking him within the next month to get that done he is a sweet cat and i don't want to get rid of him but im getting sick from the pee and it has got to stop he is to old for this also spankings don't help and rubbing his nose in it doesn't..also u yell at him and he ignores me.. HELP
